Real estate is one of the main sources of income for residents of New Brighton Heights/ New Brighton Borough. Properties here typically range from single-family homes to apartments/condos to commercial properties such as stores or offices. Average prices for homes have increased significantly over recent years due to increasing demand from both local residents and those who commute into Pittsburgh daily. As a result, it can be difficult to find properties that are available for sale or rent on a regular basis; however, there are always opportunities for those who are willing to look hard enough!
