Everett, Washington is a city located in Snohomish County. The population was 116,521 as of the 2010 census. Everett is the fourth largest city in Washington and the largest city in Snohomish County. Everett was founded in 1852 and incorporated on January 2, 1907. The city is named after General James Ewell Brownlee, a Union general during the American Civil War.
