Reeseville is a small town located in the northwest corner of Wisconsin. The population was just over 1,000 people in 2010. The town is situated on the banks of the Wisconsin River and has been home to settlers since the early 1800s.
The first real estate development in Reeseville took place in 1857 when a group of settlers established a trading post on the banks of the Wisconsin River. Over time, more and more settlers moved into Reeseville, and by 1890, there were enough people living in the town to form a board of trustees to govern it.
